In portal go to a WebbApp or Azure function
- Enter Development Tools --> Console
- Visis at folder with an xml-file eg.

cd "c:\home\LogFiles" - write
eventlog.xmlEnter
This will cause cmd to utilize 100 cpu till app crashes, This effects the whole app-serviceplan
