How to turn on Savings Plan purchase policy?

How can I turn on the "Savings Plan purchase policy"?

When I try to add a "Sving plan", I always get the message "Your EA admin has turned off Savings Plan purchase on your enrollment. Please contact your EA admin to turn on Savings Plan purchase policy. This can be done in Azure Portal (Cost management + billing blade)."

We open "Cost management + billing blade)", then "Cost Managemen" and on the left side menue, open "Settings", then "Configuration", then "Policies".

But we cannot find any setting, or policy where we could turn on the "Savings Plan purchase policy"....

Can anybody give me a hint please?

    Thanks for your question.

    If you’re not seeing the option, it may be due to insufficient permissions. In that case, contacting your EA Admin would be necessary to have the policy updated. 

    If your enterprise administrator can't assist you, create an Azure support request. Provide the following information:

    • Enrollment number
    • Account details and authentication type (work, school, or Microsoft account)
    • Approval from an existing enterprise administrator
