How to unflag our domain from Microsoft's email server?

Hi, we own the domain coachvision.ch and have several email addresses with it. When we send emails to people with Hotmail addresses, it lands in their spam. If they unmark it from spam, it works, but only for their email address. For any other recipient with a Hotmail address, the emails still land in their spam. How can we get unflagged by Microsoft's email server?

    Contact your email provider, or help contact technical support in the lower left corner of the M365 Admin Center.They should be able to lift the restrictions for you.

    According to your description, it seems that your emails always go to the spam folder.

    This can be the result of a number of things, such as content containing a large number of links, sending too many emails, suspicious activity on your account, etc.

    Here are a few things to do to improve your deliverability.

    Ask your recipients to add your email address to their safe sender list.

    Avoid using spammy language, excessive capitalization, or too many special characters. Ensure your emails are well-formatted and free of suspicious links or attachments.

    Review Account Security. Verify and update your account recovery information, such as alternative email addresses and phone numbers, to ensure you can regain access to your account if needed.

    Hi,

    Thanks for double-checking on this.

    I've been in touch with our email provider over the last few days to see if they can help me with it.

    I got a few good links to check like: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9984/2216/why-emails-go-to-spam-and-what-to-do/

    And this Email spamminess checker: https://www.mail-tester.com/

    I read everything to make sure we work properly and on the mail-tester all our notifications and my personal emails score 10/10.

    So I'm still where I was and it still seems the issue is with Microsoft and as the topic of my issues says, we need to get unflagged by Microsoft's servers.

    Of course, the first answer you provided, to take us out of spam for each customer would be a solution. But I cannot write everyone in our database that has a Hotmail address from my personal email, and tell them to check their spam for our emails to take them out. I would have to send each of them an email beforehand to make sure they have something in their spam. And we are talking about a few thousand contacts to reach out to. That's pretty unrealistic.

    If there's any other solution, please let me know. Maybe there's a way to get the right person at Microsoft to unflag us. To me, that seems to be one possibility less difficult, but I don't know if that's possible.

    Thanks, but I went through that with our email provider, and that part was taken care of a while ago. SPF, DKIM and DMARC records should be set up correctly according to them.
