I've noticed that generating images (1024*1792) with DALL·E 3 on Azure can take up to 35 seconds. Is there any way to shorten the image generation time? Could this delay be related to the computing resources of the virtual machine (VM) I'm using? What steps can I take to reduce the time required to generate images with DALL·E 3 on Azure?

2024-09-30T07:40:00.85+00:00 DALL-E 3 is deployed in the Sweden region, while the virtual machine hosting my application is located in the Canada region. As for the prompt, the issue occurs with any general description that users input. It consistently takes around 30 to 35 seconds for DALL-E to generate an image, regardless of the specific prompt.
