Based on your case description, you want to turn off the meeting chat that appears when you join a meeting.
According to our test, chatting in a meeting is a Microsoft Teams feature. If you don't want to see notifications, you can choose to mute this meeting chat. If you don't want to see this chat, you can choose to delete or hide it after the meeting.
