Error on Import Status when I try to import an CSV file on Azure Migrate

I'm trying to do an assessment using the option to Import customer's server inventoy using a CSV file in Azure Migrate, but I'm having issues with this file since I have an error state when I import the file, and I don't know why. So, if somebody could help me, I appreciate it. Thank you.
