Today, newly deployed resources are not showing in the portal even though I can see them with the CLI (Yesterday, I was able to see resources that were deployed) and they appear to be running properly. FWIW, the hidden resources were deployed with Terraform

The stack creates a resource group and two azure container instances. I can list them all in the CLI but none of the, are visible in the portal. I’m using the right subscription, and there are no filters in the portal. I can see all of my other resource groups and container instances. Any thoughts welcome

That's actually relatively common. It takes some time before newly provisioned resources (especially those deployed by using other methods (CLI, PowerShell, or Terraform) appear in the portal.
