How to sign in to Azure CosmosDB Explorer with USME account

After I log in using USME account to CosmosDB explorer, it just shows up like this as if I never logged in. Can I get some help on logging in using USME account?

As a workaround, can you please use the azure portal and file a support ticket for internal dev team to take a look at it.

Ashutosh Parija 0 Reputation points Microsoft Employee2024-09-30T23:17:08.77+00:00 Hi @Oury Ba-MSFT we can't use azure portal as we have disabled local auth for the cosmosdb so the explorer on azure portal doesn't work in that scenario. Can you please share the contact/link for local support team?

2024-09-30T23:18:53.36+00:00 Hi @Oury Ba-MSFT we cannot use azure portal here since we have disabled local auth for these dbs as part of our security tightening efforts. Can you please advise on contacts/links for internal support team, we couldn't find that?
