How do I build my deployment app so that it will use local documents folder and not OneDrive

I have Developer Studio 2022 and use the Microsoft Visual Studio Installer Projects extension to create my deployment app. It installs working files to a folder under documents. However I've learned that Windows is sometimes (maybe often) selecting documents under OneDrive, instead of the local documents folder. I absolutely want the local documents folder. How can I force the installation to the local documents folder?
