We have a hostpool with windows 11, since AVD was implemented we have been experiencing random disconnects. I have investigated and it appears to be a shortpath issue. I have disabled UDP and only have TCP allowed, however, the disconnects are always there.

I am using the latest version of the RDP client, 1.2.5704.0.

Please help me.

Change the KeepAliveTimeout registry value to make connections stay live longer. Check community stability the use of equipment along with ping and tracert, however do so preferably through a wired connection. Make sure your consultation host VM has enough CPU and memory resources and consider scaling up if utilization is too high. Set up session limits and idle timeouts well to avoid getting disconnected.
