    Hi Johnny Joseph,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q & A forum.

It appears that the issue you are experiencing is due to permission restrictions within the sandbox environment. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1.Activate a New Sandbox:

Kindly activate a new sandbox and retry the exercise. The current sandbox should expire within an hour of activation, after which all permissions and resources will reset. If the module contains multiple sandbox exercises, it is recommended to return to the first exercise, complete it, and then proceed with the subsequent exercises.

    2.Cloud Shell Storage Setup:

Storage for the Cloud Shell should be automatically set up when the sandbox is activated. In rare cases, this process may fail. Activating a fresh sandbox typically resolves such issues, so there is no need to manually create a storage account.

    3.Sandbox Permission Restrictions:

Please be aware that in the sandbox environment, you do not have permission to create new resource groups. This is likely the reason you are encountering the error message when attempting to manually create storage for the Cloud Shell. These restrictions are in place to manage security and resources within the sandbox.

    4.Refresh Your Credentials:

After activating the new sandbox, it is advisable to log out of the Azure portal and log back in to refresh your credentials and ensure the correct permissions are applied.
