    Hi @Ruvimbo Ndoro,

Thank you for posting in this community.

I consulted with my colleagues in Outlook and since Power Automate can only get 25 messages at a time, we might as well use VBA to download the attachments of all the messages and then upload them into SharePoint.

There are two methods to download attachments using VBA: https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/outlook/...

    Hi @Ruvimbo Ndoro,

Thank you for posting in this community.

To move more than 100 existing email attachments from Outlook to a SharePoint folder, you can use Power Automate. I found some related articles here for your reference.

Power Automate: Save Email Attachments To SharePoint Library

But you can modify the first step in these articles to use Get emails (V3) to get attachments for all your existing emails.

Note that the "Get emails (V3)" action can retrieve up to 25 emails at a time. To retrieve more than 25 emails, you can use the "Skip count" parameter to skip the first 25 emails and retrieve the next 25 emails, and so on.

As this forum is focused on SharePoint related issues, we lack more information on Power Automate. Therefore, if you have more questions regarding this issue, you can go to this Power Apps and Power Automate in SharePoint community for more specialized help and answers.

Please accept my sincerely apologize for any in convenience this may cause. Thank you for your kind understanding.
