Hey Martin yes following the same link created app registration and supplied required permissions
when i run the pipeline i was getting above error.

Are you trying to load from the Sharepoint online list,
or
are you trying to load a file from sharepoint online?
They have different requirements.
One possibility is if the secure output and secure input option do not match, the token would not be the expected value. This would result in unauthorized.
@prathap adicherla are you still facing the issue?
