What specifically is needed in the assignment letter for Azure Trusted Signing identity validation?

The documentation doesn't seem to cover the details of what should be assigned when being asked for an "Assignment letter from an authorized representative of the organization" during identity validation. Is there a template or a least a description of what this should contain to prevent unnecessary resubmissions?
