AUTHENTICATOR ISSUE

have another 365 business account, but I accidentally deleted its account in Authentication App. And now, I am having trouble logging in to that Account because after filling correct username & password, Authentication Codes is required from the Authentication App, which I don’t have access anymore.i am the admin.

Can you help me please, what to do to fix it?

    Hello Satheesh K B,Users need to have an MFA authentication app (for example, Google Authenticator, Auth0 Guardian, etc.) permanently install on one of their mobile devices for as long as they need to continue on accessing a Microsoft Advertising application that requires MFA as part of the authentication process. If you have deleted the app, the way to resolve this is to request for Product Support to reset MFA for the affected users. Contact Product Support with the email address for the affected user.
