I was not able to resolve the issue which happened during exam.

Hi,

During the last minute of my pl-900 exam on 28-09-2024, i was not able to resolve the issue which onvue shows, but i have already closed my all the tabs on the system but it keep on saying one app is in open state when i check that app name that app is not present in my system.
how can i close the app which is not present in my system,

due to this the window asked me to reschedule the exam when i try to reschedule i was not able to find the appointment tab on a microsoft page.

in this situation what can i do ? how can i reschedule my exam and i have a micrsoft coupen discount. how can i use that voucher again ? is there any option to use the voucher again and take the same exam again?

kindly help me to get the exam using voucher
