Why can't I print anything using Excel online?

When I go to print a document on Excel online I get the message "Something went wrong, and we can't print your workbook." I cannot save the document as a PDF or export it in any way. This has been going on for 2 weeks and has greatly impacted my ability to perform my job effectively.

Why is this error occurring? I am able to print from Word online and all other programs on my computer, the issue is only with Excel online.

Does this issue occur with Excel desktop app?

Since we handle general Excel issues on Windows or MacOS devices, for Excel online issues, it's recommended to post a new thread on Microsoft Answers Community --- Excel.

I find a similar thread online: Cannot Print from Excel Online(Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may changed without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.).

It seems to be a known issue, and Microsoft have confirmed that this issue has been resolved. Personally, I suggest you update your Windows to the latest for a check. Any further issues, you may ask help from Microsoft Answers Community.
