This event frequency has increase before it was approx once every two Week but now some time 2 to 3 days. This error event keep generating for atleast approx 9 hour then it will stop. during this time i cannot access dns server until i immediately restart the DNS server. this event will come on both DC at a time some time on main DC and some time on additional DC.

Please advise and let me know if more information needed.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

1.Run CMD command "dcdiag" to check the health of your domain controllers:

    dcdiag /v > c:\dcdiag.txt

2.Restart the DNSserver service on the issued domain controller.

3.Run PowerShell command "klist purge" to clear the Kerberos cache.

4.Ensure that DNS zone transfers are properly configured and that there are no network connectivity issues between DNS servers.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
