2016 doesn't have that feature. You would need Office 2019 or later to have the Morph transition.
Why can't I access the morph transition?

2024-09-30T13:20:26.8033333+00:00 Sorry, Microsoft does not offer upgrades either free or paid. You can buy Office 2021 (though you may want to wait a couple of months until Office 2024 is released) or subscribe to Microsoft 365.

As a supplement, Microsoft 365 Apps suite is a subscription with new features, and Office 2021 or Office 2024 will not add new features.

2024-10-04T14:40:48.1066667+00:00 Compared to Office 2016, Office 2024 (which is out now) adds new features. It doesn't have everything that is in Microsoft 365, but it does have the Morph transition you were asking about.
