Error: Security Verification Issue When Activating Resource on Microsoft Learn

I'm encountering an issue on Microsoft Learn while trying to activate a resource during an applied skill exercise (Applied Skills : Deploy and configure Azure Monitor). The error message :

“We’re encountering an issue with the security verification process required to activate the resource. Please retry after 10 minutes.”

I’ve tried waiting for the suggested 10 minutes and retrying, but the issue persists.

any solutions to this?

    Sometimes, stale cache or cookie data can interfere with authentication or resource activation. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try reloading the exercise.

    You could also try using a different browser (e.g., switch from Chrome to Edge) or a different device to rule out browser-specific issues.

    I have the same issue for the skills/develop-generative-ai-solutions-with-azure-openai-service/. I tried with different browser but it didn't help. The same issue happens also for the other skill tests under the Azure AI Engineer prep courses
