Error: Security Verification Issue When Activating Resource on Microsoft Learn

I'm encountering an issue on Microsoft Learn while trying to activate a resource during an applied skill exercise (Applied Skills : Deploy and configure Azure Monitor). The error message :

“We’re encountering an issue with the security verification process required to activate the resource. Please retry after 10 minutes.”

I’ve tried waiting for the suggested 10 minutes and retrying, but the issue persists.

any solutions to this?

The same problem occurs in other applied skills.

When I wanted to start taking the assessment for Applied Skills in Credentials > Azure-Administrator > Applied Skills - Deploy and configure Azure Monitor, I ran into an issue with security verification. The dialog box that should have appeared for security verification instead displayed an error message: “We are having trouble with the security verification process required to activate the resource. Please try again after 10 minutes.” As a result, I was unable to run the virtual resource required to start the assessment. This has never happened before as I can usually access these resources without any problems. Please help for further solutions.

Additionally, I also tried to take an assessment to credentials for another applied skill and the same problem occurred.

Sometimes, stale cache or cookie data can interfere with authentication or resource activation. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try reloading the exercise.

You could also try using a different browser (e.g., switch from Chrome to Edge) or a different device to rule out browser-specific issues.

same problem, I did change browsers and cleared cache didn't work

I've cleared cache & cookies, also used other browsers. The problem is still the same, it doesn't work.

I have the same issue for the skills/develop-generative-ai-solutions-with-azure-openai-service/. I tried with different browser but it didn't help. The same issue happens also for the other skill tests under the Azure AI Engineer prep courses
