- Sign into Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) you used to schedule your exam.
- Proceed with the steps on Reschedule and cancellation policies | Microsoft Learn.
If the appointment is still not available, try signing in using another account you may have used to register for the exam in order to ensure that it is not associated with that account.
