Purchased office under HUP program but not associated to my personal mail account……please help

Purchased office under HUP program but not associated to my personal mail account.
My work domain name has also changed and all comms with Microsoft blocked by firewall, but do have access to personal account and the company workplace discount is still active.
I’ve tried several times to contact Microsoft unsuccessfully as can’t get through to correct department to link my HUP purchase to my personal account.
Please advise as going round in circles.
I’ve found the product key finally so could download Office Professional 2019, but would be good to link to account.
Finally want to get discount available again to prepare for release of Office 2024 for MAC.
