audio files in my blob storage can't be seeked through some browsers and android devices

I have some audio files in blob storage and they work fine on safari and Firefox but, don't work the best on I think chromium based browsers (chrome, brave and arc...). Basically when you view the link in the browser, it doesn't let you seek/skip through the file which is very annoying. I have shared a link below so you can see for yourself. How can I fix this?

I repored the similar issue in my lab I was able to play , seek I think song would be broken/corrupted. Additional information:There is a simliar thread discuss in SO forum, please refer to the suggestion mentioned
