I noticed you tried to boot computer from a USB image. Did you startup computer successfully with that USB image?
Did you make any modification before the issue occur? Such as install third party driver, software or a specific update.
Try to check if it is boot computer into Safe Mode.
Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10
By the way, please create a capture for your Blue Screen, it would be useful to troubleshoot this issue.
