Windows 10 Error Code : 0xc0000482

Question

Hi Guys!

I have a Computer I've built myself failing to load Windows

Error Code 0xc0000428 " Device needs to be Repaired" System 32 error

I have tried loading windows 10 onto usb and booting from the usb and still struggling to boot Windows from a Usb drive (I don't have a cd tray)

I cannot recovered anything. I can only get to the Main Console of my Computer and the Error Page.

I have 4 options to choose at this error page

• Enter to try Again
• F2 Start up Menu
• F6 Recovery Menu(turns off pc when clicked)

Any Help would be much appreciated on what I can do next :)

Thank you for coming Microsoft Q&A forum.

I noticed you tried to boot computer from a USB image. Did you startup computer successfully with that USB image?
Did you make any modification before the issue occur? Such as install third party driver, software or a specific update.

Try to check if it is boot computer into Safe Mode.
Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

By the way, please create a capture for your Blue Screen, it would be useful to troubleshoot this issue.
