Unable to sign in with MFA to Partner Center

I'm a global administration user for the Partner Center for Driver Digital Signing. However, in mistake, I changed my iPhone without shifting data of Microsoft Authenticator from old one to new one. So, I am asked using Authenticator app when I sign in to Partner Center but I can't sign in to Partner Center.
Is there any method to diable MFA on Partner Center (Nobody can sign in as a global admin without me).

For your scenario, I suggest that you might need to open a free support ticket for this. Select Developer, Student and Startup Programs -> Dev Center-> Account Management in the support page. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior.

2024-10-01T10:01:49.18+00:00 Unfortunately, the team could not resolve my issue because they can resolve only the process of Partner Center. They suggested that I can create the support request from Entra ID management center or Azure Porttal but I can't do it because 1) I can't login Entra ID management center due to authentication 2) I could not find the place where I can create the support request.
Can anyone suggest how to create the support request to reset the authentication of my ID?

The Microsoft Partner Center tag only handles questions about registering a developer account and publishing apps to the Microsoft Store.
For your scenario, we cannot provide you with further assistance. If you cannot log in with your current account, you can contact the Azure team using another account first.
