Managed Prometheus - Duplicate Alerts in same Rule Group got created

Dear Community,
Facing an issue where Azure Managed Prometheus allows duplicate alerts (alert rule) to be created in same Rule Group. Is this valid or is this a bug? On internet search it says the uniqueness of Managed Prometheus is defined by Rule Name, Expression and Labels but in our case all 3 are exactly same, in fact other details are also same.
Below is the Alert Rule Group JSON which shows two duplicate alert rule gs getting created with same details.
Please help suggest is this valid and if yes, how will it behave - will it create duplicate alerts?

Check your existing alert rules for duplicates. If you find one, delete the rest.Rename your alert codes to ensure each one is unique, helping to prevent duplicate codes in the future.
After making these changes, test your alerts to confirm that they are working properly and that only one alert is triggering the same problem.
Monitor your alerts to see if duplicates are returning.
If you still see duplicates after this step, contact Azure Support for further assistance.

We do understand duplicates can be handled manually but was expecting some validations put by Microsoft to avoid such problems. Also, it would be very tedious task to review all alerts. Though will follow the guidence and resolve.
Wanted to know from community if such issues are seen elsewhere as well, if seen, looks like a bug in the system where validations are missing allowing duplicate alerts to get created or is it specifically kept as feature for some purpose from Microsoft side.
