How can I have a new Developer Program on my account?

I created a year ago my Developer Program and a few months ago I clicked "Delete profile", thinking that after 60 days, I can have a fresh new subscription. But now (more than 60 days have passed), I still can't get any new subscription. Is there any way to get a new one, using my same account?
