Capture voice of users in Team's meeting

Question

Hi,

I want to capture the voices of users in the meeting and translate them into English and display a talking Avatar and caption based on it. I have used a Meeting side panel in MS Teams. Could you please guide:

1. How to fetch the voice from user's microphone?
2. After fetching the voice should it be sent to a Bot using Bot Framework SDK or some other service?
3. I think at present Avatar's gestures and actions are not customizable.
