Authentication Issue

This is the Error I get and I have multiple accounts, all show the same error.
Also, unable to create ticket because under the section "Which service are you having an issue with?" nothing shows up when I try to type.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Norma James

    Steps for Troubleshoot :

    1. Authentication Token fetch issue : This issue can be caused if you are behind any proxy/firewall/CASB solution that controls your Network traffic for Microsoft login. If issue is coming on personal device try logging on from your Work/office device.
    2. Kindly login with your global admin account, create a user in your tenant and assign the user basic permission like global reader and try to login from that account and check if you are still getting same error.
    3. Try to install Edge browser - Login in edge browser with your profile and then try login in azure.

    The easy explanation of that error is that you are trying to login with a user ID in tenant who is not the part of your tenant. And its assuming that user is external.
