Is it possible to mask or hide a value in IIS logs without having to remove it completely?

I want to mask sensitive information from IIS logging files without having to remove the field from the configuration. Is that possible? I know the easiest way is to simply get rid of the field but in my case the file goes through an ETL process that's really expensive to modify thus wondering if the data can be mask/hidden somehow from the origin

As far as I know, IIS does not have such a function. I understand that you want to keep the complete format of the log but remove some field data. Based on this, I suggest that you can write a script to complete the subsequent work.
