Tried many times to install but says old version is still installed. Does not work. Need to install please help

The Windows SDK used to include a tool called MsiZap that would forcibly remove a product's installer information from a system. This tool was deprecated and removed from distribution. However, at one time it was still included in the Windows 7.1 SDK that could be downloaded from Microsoft's SDK archives. I don't know if that is still the case but it might be worth looking into.

If so, did you click to uninstall them? If troubleshooter didn't list them, did troubleshooter show any error message? Could you share us some screenshots to check further?
Besides, in error message, I also see "Detected related package: {XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}, scope: PerMachine, version: 14.0.23026.0". 14.0.23026.0 should be the version number of a previous Visual C++ Redistributable package. Did troubleshooter also list it(Additonal Runtime, Debug Runtime, Minimum Runtime)? If so, did you also uninstall them by using troubleshooter tool?

Did you try to download Windows 7.1 SDK and use MsiZap tool(Path_To_MsiZap.exe T {GUID})? Did troubleshooter tool prompt any error message?

@Tianyu Sun-MSFT I did download the Windows 7.1 SDK from the archives and only installed the SDK tools. The MsiZap utility was still included.
@RLWA32 yes, you are right. I found it and tested the MsiZap utility, it still works.
