Delays for Microsoft Teams using

Dear Microsoft supporter,

We are facing the delays/ loading when we using the microsoft teams web version and app version. It's not ok to using the Office 365. It shows loading when we enter to the admin center and user usage. We can't download / can't open the file at teams chat file. Thank you.
