Azure B2C - Bulk Invite Successful but Guest Accounts not created

We have an Azure B2C Tenant and want to bulk invite external users. This has worked perfectly fine in the past. We have >200 Users currently.

When we tried it today, most of the invites were Successful, according to the log, but some were not. However, none of them exist as guest accounts now. There are NO new accounts after the bulk invite.

Any idea what might have caused this? We have checked for limits on invitations, but have found none so far.

We can also no longer invite users manually, as it seems. I have Global Admin rights but am still hit with an "insufficient privileges" Error.

This was still possible a few days ago. It also won't work per Powershell or MgGraph. We can't invite any more guest users.

We have now gotten this Error Message "Invitations are blocked for this directory due to suspicious activity. Please contact Microsoft support for help"

Can anyone help with that?
