    Hi @Kishore

    Welcome to our forum!

What do you mean by supported file formats? Can Outlook open attachment types?

Microsoft email services such as Outlook mainly support email file formats such as PST, MSG, EML, etc. These formats are commonly used to store and manage e-mail messages in Microsoft Outlook and other e-mail clients. For email management, sticking to a supported format like PST or MSG is ideal.

As far as I know, Microsoft email does support cXML and EDI formats, but this support is not achieved directly through the email service itself. Instead, these formats are often used in conjunction with other Microsoft services and tools.

For example, cXML is commonly used in procurement and supply chain management scenarios. (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management supports cXML for managing purchase orders and other procurement activities.)

For EDI, Microsoft provides support through Azure Logic Apps. Azure Logic Apps can encode and decode EDI messages, making it possible to integrate EDI workflows with other systems.
