Anybody know why I hit below issue when I tried to use Speech Service?

{"error":{"code":"ReadOnlyDisabledSubscription","message":"The subscription 'e6a24fa0-37aa-48eb-99f2-xxxxxxxxxx' is disabled and therefore marked as read only. You cannot perform any write actions on this subscription until it is re-enabled."}}

How can I restore it? thanks

    When your Azure subscription is disabled, you can no longer be used to create or manage Azure resources.

    A subscription can be disabled for the following reasons:

    • Your credit may have expired.
    • You may have reached your spending limit.
    • You have a past-due bill.

    You need to confirm what exactly which of the possible reasons from the above.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/subscription-disabled

    You can contact support here to also assist you: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket
