Please i need your help on this issue.
I RECEIVED A CALL THAT SAID MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED BECAUSE I WAS HACKED.
I TOLD HIM I THINK HE IS WRONG AND I HUNG UP THEN I REC'D A TXT FROM HIM.
HIS NAME WAS EDWARD.
Is this a scam or what
