I am not able to use my Microsoft 365 app for businesses. I receive an error message stating: You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.
I am being charged a monthly fee and I called the service line but an automated operator keeps forcing me to ask online. I need to speak to a representative.
