Azure OpenAI gpt-4o chat completion error 500 no healthy upstream

Is anyone else experiencing gpt-4o chat completion status code 500: no healthy upstream errors?

Experiencing this across all of the regions we have gpt-4o global standard deployed: East US, East US 2, North Central US, West US, West US 3.

Indeed a service issue.

Impact Statement: Starting at approximately 16:00 UTC on 01 October 2024, you have been identified as part of a subset of customers across multiple regions using the Azure OpenAI service who are experiencing some errors while making calls to the GPT-4o 2024-08-06 model.

Impacted regions: East US, East US 2, West US, North Central US, South Central US, West US 3 and Canda Central 

Current Status: We are investigating and are actively working to find out the potential cause of this service event while also assessing an effective mitigation strategy. The next update will be provided within 2 hours, or as events warrant.

For some of the areas, a hot fix has been released, please also retry to see if you are still blocked, if yes, please share the region and model to us.
