Hi all,

I have baseline for compliance status. I have collection with 105 devices.

In compliance I have 85 devices and in unknown I have 1.

So where are the rest of the devices?

I check the activity of client and is ok. Request policy is today. Hardware inventory from few days. Activity active.....

I login in one of them and have at the configuration items the baseline in compliance status.

Why is not reflected in console?

Regards,

Microsoft Configuration Manager

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,Please review the logs CIAgent.log and DCMAgent.log on the client and check if there is any error about the compliance.

2,Can we see the Configuration Baseline in Configuration tab in Client's Configuration Manager Properties? Is it empty or showing your baseline?

3,Does the collection contain any devices not applicable or not detected for the configuration item? The configuration item rule will not be evaluated on the client devices.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

Are the clients that are not reporting compliance status in the same VLAN/Subnet with working clients? Please make sure there is no firewall/anti-virus blocking the communication between the client and site server.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
