DNS resolution issues

I have a domain name in Azure DNS with personal records, but I recently discovered that this domain name was purchased through another provider. I contacted the support teams to resolve this issue, and they advised me to follow these steps:

  1. Go to your domain registrar's DNS management page.
  2. Create or edit the NS (Name Server) records and assign the Azure DNS name servers.
  3. Make sure to use all four of the name servers provided by Azure DNS, regardless of the domain name's extension.

However, when I checked the registrar's DNS management page, the NS records are already correct, and I am unable to edit this information.
Does anyone know what I should do in this situation??

    @Hamza ELAbboubi ,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

    If you are unable to edit the Name servers, please contact the Registrar's support team to get it resolved.

    For GoDaddy, this is how it is done : Edit my domain nameservers

    Can you confirm the 4 Name servers from the Azure DNS Zone is correctly configured as the Name Servers on the Domain registrar?

    Cheers,

    Kapil
