Hello

We want to install an application via GPO. The installation uses a PowerShell script -> called installation script in the following text.

The installation script -file itself is not marked as blocked and is located in the Sysvol folder. However if we try to run it, the client makes a temporarly download of the file and marks it as block. Due to execution policys it won't start. We can't change the execution policys.

How can we prevent the file to be tagged as block once downloaded from the sysvol folder?

Hope you can understand my question.

Best regards and thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello Koch, Mike,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

According to your description, the clients may have not the permission to run the file in Sysvol folder, you could put the file in a network location, and make sure everyone have enough permission to run it.

I hope the information above is helpful.
