How to reset Microsoft Authenticator App without any backup

I accidently uninstalled Microsoft Authenticator App from my mobile device, unfortunately I didn't enabled backup before uninstalling. I am the global administrator for Microsoft 365 business basic. No other admins are there to solve it. How can I log in again in all Microsoft business app log in including admin dashboard?

Hi,

As you are the only admin in your subscription, you need to contact Microsoft to resolve the 2FA access.
