Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

Microsoft Teams is picking up on adding any other account. It is still picking up on showing my other account which i need to remove from Microsoft Teams.

I have tried to re-install 365 and uninstalled MS- Teams more than 4-5 times, app reset , linked accounts and every possible things.

    You could check if the accounts were connected in the windows settings - accounts page and removed Teams items from the Windows Credentials Manager.

    If the above is not working, then try to follow these steps:

    1. Check if process ms-teams.exe is still running and kill it.
    2. Rename %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\OneAuth\accounts or remove the content.
    3. Start Teams, the primary account will automatically be recreated.

    In Windows11, you could also try to these steps:

    Start >Settings >Apps (on the left) >Installed apps (on the right)> search for Teams; click the 3 dots next to "Microsoft Teams (work or school)"; select Advanced options

    Scroll down to the Reset section; select the second Reset button ("If this app isn't working right, reset it. The app's data will be deleted").
