Default Teams Toolkit App/Bot/Message Extension Provisioning is broken

When I spin up a default Teams Toolkit application for a message extension or chatbot it works just fine locally but when I provision and deploy the service never comes up. The app service is provisioned but the service never starts. This occurs when you don't touch any configurations or properties what-so-ever

Go to your App Service in the Azure Portal and navigate to Log Stream under Monitoring. This will show real-time logs .Also check, Sometimes the app service may not start automatically. Try stopping and then starting the app service manually from the Azure Portal.
