Custom classification model (Document Intelligence) is stucked and not giving responses back

I have a trained custom classification model and I've been using it for a ~month now.

2 day ago I was going through my activities and noticed the model was not responding at all; it been stuck trying to classify some documents since monday. I have other custom classification and extraction models working just fine but that one won't work.

I know I can simply delete and re-train but that's not optimal; is there any workaround for that?

Based on the information provided in the context, it is not clear what might be causing the custom classification model to be stuck and not responding. However, it is recommended to check the status of the service and any logs or error messages that might provide more information on the issue. If the issue persists, it might be necessary to delete and retrain the model.
