How do I use AppLocker to Mail PassView ?

I'm trying to prevent Mail PassView from being downloaded or running from flash drives on several PCs.
I have tried creating deny rules in both Executable Rules and Windows Installer Rules (using Path), and the program is still running.

Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. I noticed that you mentioned tried creating deny rules in both Executable Rules and Windows Installer Rules (using Path), I have no idea about this. However, from what i understand, AppLocker seems more related to Windows, to better assist you to solve the issue, i will add a windows tag for you.
