Admin user cannot access authenticator app
Hi,
I just bought 1 user for MS 365 Business Services Basic yesterday. Today I reset my domain and then all devices had been logout
I am the admin of it. There is no IT team involved. And now my authenticator on my mobile it will not let me sign in. It keeps showing me numbers to enter into my authenticator app but I cannot actually access the authenticator app. Every time I try, I enter password, it will then show me a screen showing 2 digit number to enter in my authenticator app (but I am already in my authenticator app and cannot go back to enter in anywhere)
My question is
1 Can you help to re-set or fix my authenticator asap so that I can have my MS 365 again? Now I paid but no service (no word, excel) obtained by signing out status
2 If I cannot sign in back account asap, how to cancel the subscription payment? because now I cannot login into the admin page
