Hi all,

I am trying to repair SCIM provisioning between MS and Zoom - the admin who had been responsible for it left, and it has been failing since.

I have set up the configuration following the Zoom documentation. When I hit the "Authorize" button, a small browser window pops up and after a few redirects attempts to load the URL https://portal.azure.com/TokenAuthorize?code=

@Alex Shaw Apologies for the delayed response, It seems like you are experiencing an issue with the SCIM provisioning between Entra ID and Zoom. To troubleshoot this issue

Would suggest to review this doc for guidance to get the credentials from Zoom and validate the same during provisioning configuration - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064121#h_01GYWGNMKSCHE7DQ1B8Z8QKFP0

    Reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/zoom-provisioning-tutorial

If the above links doesn't help, let me know we can connect offline to discuss further on the same, however getting valid credentials from Zoom would be key to resolve this issue.
