To turn off the content filter of your current Azure OpenAI resource, you need to submit an application to the Microsoft team for approval. Here are the steps you can follow:
Submit the Azure OpenAI Limited Access Review: Modified Content Filters application to the Microsoft team to request the ability to edit or disable the content filter. For Azure Government customers, please apply for modified content filters via this form: Azure Government - Request Modified Content Filtering for Azure OpenAI Service
After application is approved, you will receive confirmation that you now have the ability to edit or disable the content filter. Only customers who have been approved for modified content filtering have complete control over content filtering and can turn off content filters.
