Renewal Certification

Question

Hi Team,

I am one the trainee which took PL300 Certification last year, certificate no "5FA5E1-5CZ2B7".

I scored well on it but unfortunately had missed to renew it this time owing poor financial stability and condition.

I was not aware of the time for it and circumstances were not suitable for retake of exam.

I request you to please allow as an exception so I can renew my certification in order to justify my certificate for future references.
